Move your contacts from MailerLite to EngageIQ

1. 1In MailerLite, open Subscribers. The list shows Active subscribers by default. Keep it on Active, so people who unsubscribed, never confirmed, bounced or complained stay behind.
2. 2Click Set columns and add every field you want to bring across, such as name, phone, city or your own fields. The export includes only the columns you can see.
3. 3Click the arrow next to the Subscriber column and choose to select all subscribers in the list.
4. 4Click Actions, then CSV file.

Only account administrators can export subscribers in MailerLite.

1. 1In EngageIQ, open Subscribers and choose Import.
2. 2Upload the CSV file. EngageIQ maps the columns automatically, and you can change any mapping.
3. 3Confirm where the contacts came from and that they agreed to receive email from you.
4. 4Choose a Group for them, or create a new one, then import.

Addresses that cannot receive email are not added. The import lists each one with the reason.

• Names, email addresses and phone numbers.
• City, state, country, plan and up to 50 other columns from your file, kept on each contact for Groups and personalisation.
• Each person's status, when your file has a status column: people who unsubscribed, bounced or marked your email as spam are imported but never emailed.
